Over the years, Commercial Insurance Services has grown organically based on our promise to always put our clients first, Stuart Allen and the entire team are passionate about ensuring our clients needs are met and that we find the Right Insurance at the Right Premium.
Over the years, we have acquired other Insurance Brokerages and delivered that same great service to the new clients that we have welcomed in and our Team has grown so that we ensure that our service continues to be second to none.
Putting the customer first
First and foremost, we help businesses and individuals to get the right insurance whilst providing the highest level of customer service and with all of our acquisitions, we deliver that personal, first class service to all our clients, old and new from the first day we welcome them in.
The Importance of Growth and our history
Established in 1997 as a new Brokerage with zero clients, but with a simple vision that we believed that the importance of the smaller businesses in the UK were not being recognised and hence their Insurance needs were simply not being met. We grew organically year on year, then in 2010 we made our first acquisition of the general insurance clients of JPS Financial Services. We then continued our steady growth until we made our second acquisition in 2016 of Walkham Insurance Services, based in Plymouth.
In 2020, just before Covid changed the world we live in, our growth continued as we agreed to look after the clients of Wealden Insurance Services based in Ashford, Kent. Despite the pandemic continuing to affect business across the world, this was followed in 2021 by the acquisition of BJIC based in Redhill.
2023 was a busy year for us as we welcomed Grayside Insurance Brokers into the family in April – this was particularly special for our MD & Founder Stuart Allen, as this was where he started his career in Insurance as a 16 year old straight out of school. The year continued at pace as Jade Insurance joined the fold in June.
Momentum continued into 2024 with the addition of Walker Watson and Campton Insurance into the fold.
2025 has already started well with Belgravia Insurance based in North London coming on board from 1st April and we will shortly incorporate County Insurance Brokers based in Worthing.
2025 has also seen Jackaman Ins Services come into the group although this will remain as a separate brokerage for the time being.
